  • Criminal defense:
    I represent persons accused of criminal offenses. I have handled thousands of cases throughout the State of Oregon and have extensive experience doing jury and court trials, motions and evidentiary hearings, civil compromises, dismissals and negotiated plea agreements on all types of criminal cases ranging from shoplifting to capital murder cases.     I represent and have experience representing persons injured in automobile accidents, bicycle/motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, slip & fall cases (premises liability), animal attacks & injuries and those who have been victims of sexual abuse or misconduct.
